My job is making sure the creative gets out of our heads and onto the screen. I balance the storytelling with the structure needed to actually ship it. I work right with the directors and artists to lead every project from the first sketch to the final deliverable-keeping it on time and on budget without losing the quality.

I focus on the team first. I’ve found that when the crew feels supported and the plan is clear, the work is always better.
I take pride in knowing how the whole machine works-from the big goals in pre-production to the technical workflows and budget realities that shape the day.
